I recently decided to eliminate many things from my diet. While I am in no way perfect, I do my best to avoid gluten, dairy, refined sugars, and eat a limited amount of meat (limited to poultry).
I have spent time learning about healthy living, and have been amazed by how much diet can have a strong impact on our health. Through reading and watching documentaries, I have seen many success stories on how a change of diet can cure a large variety of illnesses. While I am fortunate not to have any myself, I have chosen to try to take the preventative approach.
